Video: Tesla Model S Hits 132MPH On The Autobahn

Several weeks ago, Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk was in Munich, Germany opening a new service center.  Musk told Tesla fans that the company would be setting up a tuning package for autobahn driving.  The autobahn has no speed limit.  Above is a video of the Model S hitting 132 MPH.  The Model S takes five seconds to hit around 100MPH.  Of course, the Model S would not last 265 miles of battery life at those speeds.  Check out the video above of the Model S hitting 132MPH.

Toms Launches Marketplace for Socially Conscious Goods


Toms, the socially conscious brand that donates shoes or provides eye care for each pair of shoes or sunglasses that it sells, launched an online marketplace on Tuesday

The offshoot, Toms Marketplace, carries more than 200 products from 30 different companies, all of which incorporate giving back into their business models.

"At Toms, we feel it's our responsibility to give companies that are integrating a social mission into their business some exposure," Toms founder Blake Mycoskie told Mashable.
